* Purchases under $150 will have a flat shipping rate of $25 within Canada

* We ship by Canada post regular speed mail. If you want/need your item faster please contact us to arrange.    There will be an extra fee for this

* WORLDWIDE SHIPPING  for a flat rate of $25

* WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM? We are a Canadian company and your order ships from British            Columbia

RETURNS

* Exchange, refund or credit guaranteed on any non sale items purchased, if item is returned  within 30 days      of receipt of your item

* Item must be in original, unused condition with tags still on.

* Please let us know if you wish to make a return, so we can know to look out for it.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser Unless otherwise organized with us, in the          event of damage on arrival, etc

* refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the item back

* Can I return sale items? Any final sale items bought during site-wide sales are final sales and cannot be          returned or exchanged.
