 SIZING & CUSTOMER CARE

SIZING

If you are unsure of what size to order or don't see the size that you think is right for you,  please feel free to reach out and ask as many questions as you need to... Because we are a small business, the more sales we get, the more sizes and colours we'll be able to offer over time,  It IS possible that we can accommodate larger or smaller sizes than listed, if we currently have that fabric in stock, so please don't hesitate to ask! Most of our knitwear pieces are one size, and the shape-wear pieces are sized fairly generally and how tight or loose you'd like them to feel on you will determine the size you should order

CUSTOMER CARE

Clothing:

All of our clothing items are designed and intended to be low maintenance, and can all be put through the wash, HOWEVER, if you want them to have the longest life possible, and to maintain a long-lasting colour & shape, we recommend washing in cold water and not putting them in the dryer

Waxed Canvas Bags:

TO CLEAN:

Most stains can be removed with cold water using a rag, sponge, brush, or your hands. For stubborn stains, a mild soap (such as Castile soap, dish soap, or canvas cleaners) can be used - But do not use harsh detergents, as this may damage the waxed coating. If you find your waxed canvas shows water spots after being in the rain or exposed to water, simply apply a little heat with a blow dryer to reset the wax and even out the tone.

TO RE-WAX:

The waxed coating may wear thin over time, and can be re-waxed if desired. 24 to 72 hours is recommended to allow items to cure in a warm, dry place before use. I recommend OTTER WAX out of Portland Oregon which sells wax bars at a reasonable cost that contain no petroleum bi-products, and are made by hand with their mission being to support their local community by providing local employment opportunities, and by purchases bulk ingredients from local manufacturers.

Washable Paper Bags: (coming soon)

You can put your washable paper bag in the washing machine on any setting at any temp, and it will come out super clean. HOWEVER, we would recommend using a basin of some sort and using cold water. Use a natural soap, and after it's soaped up, fully immerse the bag into the water and rub it with a sponge. Rinse the bag, squeeze it properly - Do not worry, it won't break or crush. We do not recommend putting your bag in the dryer, and suggest you hang it to dry instead.
